As a newly hired teammate at TR I went through missing a paycheck as well. I want to say it took about 3 1/2 weeks for me to get my first one. Just like the Reply said, unfortunately it happens. It happens everywhere.

I see where you're coming from, but I would like to point something out to you.
When I spoke to the Arkansas Labor Board, I was told it's state law that your employer has to pay you a minimum of twice per month (30 day period.) Since they didn't pay me AT ALL during that month they apparently got in a bit of trouble once I made the call.
Maybe the law is different in NJ, but just because it's common for TR people to not pay it's employees doesn't make it right.
