http://aurel192.net46.net/pcb I wrote a C Source that can be used to swell the conducting surfaces on a PCB. My program minimizes the area to etch, so the etching process will take less time, it makes the soldering easier, and you can save a lot of Ferric Chloride. It can be very useful for CNC PCB Routing. This video demonstrates how the program works.
Good program but you can do the same thing in your PCB package by putting a polygon fill down. Its useful for ground planes where you can use the fill to reach all areas of the board so you dont need ground tracks everywhere.

excellent idea ! i never could figure out why people tried to take off so much copper, I also thought it was best to leave as much on as possible- if it doesnt interfere with the design.
