  • I have never had a dropped call with Sprint, and I would never use another carrier besides Sprint. They have great customer service and network. I have been with Sprint for about 8 years now and loving it!

  • i like the length side one would be tight though

  • i hope i dont get it for sprint then next year a super modified version comes out for another carrier : (

  • I am excited for the Palm Pre. As James says with sprint your going to be saving a lot of money.

  • Also, Sprints Customer Care response times went from "worst to first" in 3Q08 and 4Q08 in a study done by Pali Research. Sprint answered 90% of calls in 30 seconds or less, AT&T 33%, T-Mobile 43% and Verizon 85%, Service and repair satisfaction passed T-Mobile and AT&T and Sprint's networks are performing great relative to the competition as seen in the Gizmodo eight-city coast-to-coast test of the 3G networks, guess who wins? (gizmodo/5111989/the-definitive-coast+to+coast-3g-data-test)

  • Good video, but why not Sprint? I hope its not because of customer service because it has greatly improved in the last year. Prior to 2008, Sprints customer service was bad, but has implemented several programs to make service much better such as the Sprint Premier rewards (sprintenterprise/premier), Ready Now program (sprint/readynow), Simply Everything plan saves you $480 per year vs. comparable plans from AT&T & Verizon (sprint/everything)

  • Yes, very much so. I just wish the keyboard wasn't the typical Palm keyboard. I think its too scrunched. I can't wait to test it out.

  • my fault..i watched the video when the hq wasnt available

  • naw watch in HQ like i do

  • no thoughts either way on the palm pre. with my ipod, netbook and e-reader, I never could care much what "features" my cell phone had...
