I thought of a catchy name for your beautiful (and VERY lucky) new dog: How about "Mazzy," after Hope Sandoval's band, "Mazzy Star" from the early 90's.

@justeder01 - Ahh, then you can go with anything! My daughter spent nearly a month choosing a name for her dog. She came up with "Dooney Monroe." I'll try to throw some suggestions your way if I think of something cute.

@MuddleVanHeck The folks at the shelter said that they picked it for her when she arrived last week, she didn't have a name. We aren't huge fans of it, so this is the chance to choose one we like :) -Kevin's wife

Oh.. you might think she is dog aggressive but more than likely she is just trying to herd the other dogs.. and you too. Don't be surprised if she nips your heels.. a LOT. Especially when she wants to play. I found my heeler. She was abandoned. She's been the best dog I've ever had. Smart as a whip. Stubborn as all get out. She will piss you off like no tomorrow but make you laugh your butt off at the same time. Get non stuffed toys. Stuffed toys won't last one day. Enjoy her.
