Nice version. They were a product of the mid 60's acapella craze.. I wish more of these mid 60's acapella groups were recorded with music behind them, but this is still special. Definitely a time capsule of what was going through the minds of kids of the 50's/early 60's that were displaced by the British Invasion at that very time

They did record one with music as "The Group Called US" called "Promise Me" back in 64. Ironic that is was played a bit in the Northern U.K. in the 80's
