i don't think so. This is supposed to be a song featuring Paul, and Paul only. If they thought a drum part was needed, Ringo would've added a nice, quiet drum part, but it wasn't.

u know, this song used to be "scrambled eggs" and not yesterday. scrambled eggs didnt go with the song so they thought up "yesterday". try thinking scrambled eggs in sted on yesterday. it sounds really good.
