Beyond Reality - Project Runway 6 Recap 10/08/09
Last week Louise was sent home. This week Heidi tells the designers that its time for new models. Out comes ladies in wedding dresses. Some are quite hideous. They arent brides - they are all divorcees. The challenge this week is to transform their wedding dresses into fashionable outfits. The winner will get immunity but it will be the last immunity of the season. Its a 1 day challenge & they will have $25 to spend at Mood but can buy no more than 2 yards of fabric.
Gordana has an emotional call home to her family but unfortunately only gets the answering machine.
Judges - Michael Kors, Zanna Roberts, Tamara Mellom & Heidi.
Top & Bottom -
Gordana - grey strapless short dress.




Cristopher - Metallic bubble dress tied in the middle.




Epperson - white octoberfest dress.




Shirin - white sleek dress with patterned stitching.




Logan - Pants & Vest.




Irina - Lace Kimono sleeve style dress.




Results -
Shirin - In.




Gordana - Winner - Immunity.
Irina - In.




Christopher - In.




Bottom 2 -
Logan VS Epperson.
Epperson is eliminated.
Next time - designing for a grammy winner.

Epperson has made some GREAT pieces in the past its so sad that he left, Logan hasn't really brought anything that good to the runway except those silver pants he wore that one week. UGH I wish Logan would have gone Epperson is so good.

I cant believe the praise Irina is STILL getting. I've always thought her designs are hideous. Anyway, I was quite satisfied with Gordana winning. yays.
