Bureaucracy and Violence

Bureaucracy leads to violence. Bureaucracy was originally meant to increase efficiency in such areas as mass production and distribution. But when used incorrectly, it can produce inadequate, inappropriate, or inert responses to situations it is meant to address. When this occurs, structural and interpersonal violence can ensue.
