Healthy life is close related with the healthy habits. Doing exercise probably be the answer of healthy habits.
But having the exercise during the unhealthy condition may harm your body. If you decide to have a walk as the exercise,
you need to recheck your overall condition to make sure you getting a healthy effect not make things worst.
You need to check your breathing, is it difficult to feel your lungs?
Or do you feel the excessive fatigue due your daily activity?
How is your pulse rate? Do a comparing with your normal condition, if it unusual different, you may take a day off.
If you do decide to take up the challenge, take it slower than usual.
For example, even though it may be your day for hills, modify your schedule and keep it flat.
If it is a fast pace day, walk at a normal speed instead. Dont try to beat the clock this time.
Finally, make sure you drink plenty of water. Hydration is crucial, especially when fighting off a cold.

You need to wait until the latter phase of your cold,
Check you morning pulse first, if it is higher 10 beats than normal, dont continue the plane and take another day for rest.
Take a slower step and normal speed, as modified version for your usual exercise
Dont forget to drink more water, to avoid dehydration
Have an enough rest.
And while you doing this walk exercise, listen to your body, when you feel it is out of your ability, take a rest or end it right away.
When you do the exercise, be honest with your self; dont do the excessive force that will give damage to your body.
Remember to have the best result of everything, its all about the consistently not instantly.
