@gregoir key to drifting harness is get the bait in the perches level. meaning use the right weighted sinkers and get it near the bottom 10 feet of the water column. i usually bouce it off the bottom ever 20 seconds or so.

WALLEYE love that wind! lol I own a 21 ft sea swirl and waves like that are tough on me. Time to come in when the waves blot out the sun. we walleye guys are a special breed. I'm from fort erie and know that water well. So i have a tip for you. When making your way back in , just start singing Gordon lightfoots song "The wreck of the edmund fitzgerald". It helps calm the nerves. LMFAO

I just went fishing on Lake Erie for the first time yesterday and caught a bunch of huge Sheephead. I'm just wondering how to cook those?? Or if they're just not worth cooking?? Oh... Your boy caught him a NICE Walleye too!! Plz let me know about the Sheephead will ya??
