@SuperFlashDriver CSS3 is implemented in few browsers out there :P You should need to learn programming before doing it, anyway - I don't know any programs which generate such animations...

@SuperFlashDriver It's made with using CSS3 + HTML! Works on Safari, or if you're lucky, some -webkit engine based browsers :)
