Well,actually Title 8 section 1401 (h) has the answer! Then again if there are any doubts find the answer through INS. The INS website has the rules for citizenship(natural-born/nativ
e-born) under INA:ACT 301 (h) !!! But yet if you still want to doubt then simply find out when his father entered Hawaii !! President Obama is a natural-born citizen because of his mother as stated on the INS website and congressional rules. -

No tricks , he did accept the socializing statement that Obama was born in Kenya. And he did even state that he was not only proud , but that Obama's birthplace was well known and would be recognized. The very 1 thing he never did say was that "Obama was born in Hawaii or that there was any Hawaiian recognition or monument in Hawaii."
