@Sharpbevel It went great! He was actually pretty blown away. it was totally unexpected. I got the blank side of the blade engraved with his name. My sister said that he took it with him on their honeymoon and it almost never left his pocket. He used it for anything he could, lol... even opening cereal boxes. These days the blade's gotten some wear and tear showing through and a few small chips on the edge, but being a knife guy I resharpened it for him. I'm amazed at how easy it is to sharpen.

Great knife. I bought one for my sisters fiance as a wedding gift. I remember we were looking at Emersons one day and right away he fell in love with this design. I'm pretty pumped to give it to him in a couple weeks.
