Preparing for Longevity: Women Living the Longest Life Part 1. August 9, 2008 conversation hosted by Judson Park, Cleveland, Ohio. An open conversation with intergenerational perspectives focused on the value women bring throughout their lives to those around them. Our hope is that we will start a conversation beyond today; one that will take Judson Park and the WENetwork out into the world and talk about the rich heritage in Northeast Ohio. Bonnie N. Dick talks about her experience as the 2007 Most Valued Older Worker for Ohio. Retirement is not in her language; age is just a number; value is determined by what contributions we make to the community. Our society thinks that at a certain age people should be farmed out; we need to focus on the value each individual contributes. We have 4 generations in the workforce today. Stories of personal experiences about what it means to age and how to prepare for continuation of living. You can view the show in its entirety at http://www.mogulus.com/womensenterprisenetwork
