arp does not happen, does this have to be set per instrument within live? thx, nice simple method

@modcraft13 nothing about arp has to be set in ableton in regards to instruments. however, when i set the midi clock to external, the arp is affected by the tap tempo set in ableton. sometimes if you pick an instrument that is very pad-like, something with a long attack, the arp won't work too well.

Why is my mpk not showing up under input?

The Arp and latch work, you have to either press play or record in transport to hear it, it only runs when tape is running

@cosmiccooosmic when i set the midi clock on mpk to internal the arp works with the synth, then when i change the clock in mpk menu to external the function does not work, actually no sound is heard when keys are played if arp is activated

@JLSmithson22 in my video description, i just posted a link to the detailed pdf manuals which didn't exist when I made this old video. the ableton setup one should help. i finally learned what all those track, sync, remote on/off switches do hahah.
