Second Harvest Food Bank

When Kathy Helms, Agency Services Manager for Second Harvest Food Bank, knew that changes needed to be made to the IT Infrastructure of her organization, she entrusted Technocom because of our reputation for excellence.

Second Harvest Food Bank is a non-profit organization providing food distribution, collected from the local food industry and provide donations, and distributing it to almost 650 agencies in a 19 county area including soup kitchens, emergency pantries, emergency shelters, low-income day cares, senior programs and group homes. Maintaining the food inventory is imperative, and downtime prevents Second Harvest from completing their crucial mission to serve the less fortunate.

Second Harvest began their relationship with Technocom through the
