work it girl! work it boy! this vid's for you! this is a great high impact workout....and if i am not going high enough for u go higher than i am!! its only 3 min long so repeat, elongate, do what is necessary to get those 20-30min in.....on this day i had actually walked my daughter to daycare and ran for awhile... like 12 min i think..... then did this like 10 times!!!!
