    I like training in weighted clothes as well..... Same inspiration as well. Love DBZ.

    Somewhere Goku, Piccolo, Trunks, Vegeta etc... have smiles on their faces...

    Now only if it was possible to train at 10 x normal gravity. Or like in that one episode where Vegeta trained in 450 x normal gravity.

    The problem with this kind of training , is that you won't be used to the difference when you take off the weights.. He will end up pulling some muscles ... Lol funny enough they pointed that out indragonball z when Trunks fought cell. but its real.This is not a new thing to fight science

    that would be bad ass! Since i thought that would be cool i did research into it and 2x gravity is enough to cause your digestive system to fail so anything above 2x really means you are screwed :(
