I think D3 is going to follow the prophesy just like the first two games. If you read the prophesy and remember what Izual said, Hell should invade Sanctuary and devastate it while simultaneously attacking the Heavens, who will respond in kind and "lay siege to the very gates of hell"
Mephisto should make a comeback; taking control of Hell and unleashing its full fury against Sanctuary ("The Lord of Hatred shall ascend his throne; and the fires of hell shall devour all.")

at 1:48-1:49 the explosions sound like plasma grenades from halo. anybody else heard it 2?

Truthfully I found the audio for that section to be really bad.

D1 and 2 was awesome. Too bad d3 will be a Warcraft RPG. But what else can we expect ? Diablo creators left Blizzard a long time ago and Warcraft is very successful...

In Slayers, after one demon is beaten, a big barrier crumbles, new magic cane be used and a whole world in revealed.

I hope something similar happens when the Stone World is destroyed, and the character can see the Whole Sanctuary.
