Debatable result... [Pokemon DS Wi-Fi Battle 13] Online UU Friend Match 59 VS staticx2552 1/2

Everything was going fine until Victreebel came out. It started to slowly take down my team by putting every pokemon I sent out to sleep and boosting its leaf blade with swords dance. I couldn't switch too much because that leaf blade was pretty deadly.

The Critical hit on Blaziken REALLY hurt me, if it wasn't for it, it would've had more than 100HP to survive a seismic toss from chansey and KO it! Critical hits ignore status changes, so it went right through that burn for 2x damage. It would've done a quarter of the damage it did if it wasn't for the critical.

Then the unthinkable happened: Chansey was FASTER than Hitmontop (wtf?) and took it down with the seismic toss. I never would've imagined that a chansey is faster than a hitmontop, it must've had 252 EV's in speed or something, so I didn't use Mach Punch and went down before killing it. In my re-match with staticx you'll see that mach punch would've done 3/4ths to Chansey which would've allowed me to finish it off even with a Vacuum wave from Blaziken, not to speak of Overheat or Focus Blast.

Then I was like "no big deal, my specsed Focus Blast is gonna take care of it no problem..." but then of course it MISSED.

Oh well, it happens. It was a chain that led to my loss, if even one event of the chain didn't happen, the outcome would've been different. (sleep powder missing, not a critical hit leaf blade, a pokemon waking up earlier, match punch, focus blast not missing)

When hitmontop was against chansey and you say it was faster than i have to tell you that if you used revenge, then it was because revenge has -4 priority and s toss has 0 priority so if you used revenge then that's how chansey outsped hitmontop. But if you used stone edge or pursuit, than I don't know how chansey went first unless it was ev'd in speed. Also, avalanche has -4 priority too, but a move like payback actually has 0 priority like s toss. I don't know why. Hope this helps.

so how the fuck do i battle my friend through wifi? we both have our ds set up on the net and shit, but can someone help me to get it to work. we;d use wireless ds-ds, but we wanna battle our pokemon at level 100 to see whod win since we are ev training and dont have them trained yet
