these are awesome but very expensive and hard to master. I've had some great success using the Cam Caddie to get smooth shots. Pretty inexpensive and well worth it.

Now i got a question :).. btw nice video.. anyways... what did you do to your center pole of the glidecam?
DId you drill a hole to put all the cables? may i know how's your own rigging system.. thanks :D

Glidecam is a steadycam manufacturer and Steadicam is a product of Tiffen.

Hi, Yes I drilled 2 holes with at the top and bottom of the pole.I managed to pass through my 4000pro a Video cable + 12v dc out. But you need to make the cable yourself. At the bottom of the sled I put the monitor and a Vlock battery to power it. At the top of the sled there is a video (where I connect the camera) and 12V output box (for other accessories).

Can anyone tell me what are the differences between a Glidecam and a Steadicam?

Yes they are two different brand. The original invented by Garreth Brown is the steadicam.

Hi Mario, great video.. One question.. how do you conect the monitor to the camera? I mean, what do yo do with the cable? how you "hide" it so it dosen't be wandering all around? Hope you can help me.. I own a x-10, HD400 and L7 monitor...

Hi Jr. to avoid that the cable creates problems you should wire it into the pole (making 2 holes with a drill at the top and bottom of your Hd400 according to where you want the cable to come out).I managed to pass through my 4000pro an A/V cable + 12v dc out.
