Yup, Patrick Warburton, same guy who does Joe, and Brock Samson on The Venture Bros. Also Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove, not to mention that he was also Elaine's boyfriend on Seinfeld.
He's probably done a lot more but I'm drawing a blank at the moment
