Would be nice if you just leave them in the wild, don't you think?

It really depends on the kind of food I get fed... And they get a large home paid for by someone else, I wish I could live like that...

Obviously, most tigers like Sasha, born in captivity, won't survive in the wild. What AZA accredited zoos like Bronx Zoo are doing is make the best out of a shitty situation. Let's stop supporting entities that escalate the plight of wild cats.

Nothing Cruel? How about we put you in a cage and feed you with a stick...not to mention make you do tricks before bites?

It's not a circus. Activities the tiger is made to do is for his health. Those "tricks" allow keepers to detect possible wounds, infections, bruises etc. If detected, they have vets standby 24/7 to remedy. Also, Bronx Zoo uses only positive reinforcements. If any of the tigers refuse to perform the "tricks", they are still fed the same -- no questions asked. And no, I don't work there. That said, I sympathize with your spirit. These cats belong in the wild. Tiger in the wild is a true tiger.
