ya same the car im working on everything changed color because the lights and other things have a tint of the cars color i think

Yeah this happens a lot to people luckily i have another tutorial on how to change the colour. Go to my videos and its one of my very first.. the thumbnail will be an aston martin. This will defiantly work but will take more effort and time :)
