We ride from Orick to Arcata, California and slip past Humboldt State before going downtown for some coffee. Then we head to the marsh, Hampton gets on some excellent grass and I lay down on wet ground, wet horse blankets, in wet clothes and sleep the wee hours away. It misted heavy all evening, we couldn't get across the Mad River Bridge, so we had to go a couple miles around to the 299 bridge. Everyone on the road has been super good to us, really supportive of the Ride for Freedom.
