You should probably watch at least half of the first season before saying that. Even if you don't end up liking the show, it's pretty clearly incredibly well-written (heck, one of the seasons - 2, I think - got nominated for 4 out of the 5 Emmys for best writing in a drama) and well-acted. It's slow-paced though. But then again, the first 2 seasons of The Wire were slow at first, and everybody loves that show. *shrugs*
