That study also showed that males were suspended more than females but nobody had a problem with that. The study also showed that whites were suspended more often than Asians but nobody had a problem with that either.

i think he hit it right now the head its all about attention, i used to ride city buses and everyone would be calm coming home from work and a black kids or kids would get on and start yelling and acting a fool, its not about predjudice, its about the lack of attention and disciplin

@kdcruz75 One of the biggest misconceptions of Caste is that it is based on skin color. It's not. There are people of higher castes that have dark skin and people of lower castes that have light skin. Caste system is a bad system, what makes so bad is that someone who looks just like you can be of a higher caste and discrimminate against you.

90% of India's population falls under the "Medium Brown" or "well melanated" catergory, yet not all of them are of the same caste.

I will not deny that alot blacks have behavioral problems. But Ive also seen white and hispanic students say and do things that would get a black suspended. Non black students are generally given a free pass (not true in all cases) or a light sentences. Also they arent targeted more than other people. Discrimination is rampant in this nation towards black people because they believe in all the sterotypes. To be honest teachers generally do punish black kids harder than other races.

Of course it's the behavioral issues of black students that result in more suspensions. I give you credit for being honest and bringing it up for discussion. To me, the most morally and physically courageous blacks today are not the freedom marchers or civil rights activists. No, today's black heroes are the ones with the guts to squarely address the cultural dysfunctional elements that keep blacks at the bottom socioeconomically. Because to do so is to be excoriated as an Uncle Tom.
