I've had what feels like a knot in my lower spine for years. This exercise has made that know go away. i've been doing this 3 times a day and it has helped so much. After doing this my erector spinae on my right side is hurting all the time. I've been icing but its not going away. I think it is fighting the new alignment. How can I make this go away. Thank you so much.

I felt the click on my left side and was the side of my pelvis that was slightly higher but my right side has all of the tightness. Should I focus more on my right side?

I have horrible back pain all the time, and my therapist is constantly telling me that my pelvis is out of alignment. When I did this exercise, I didn't hear any clicking at all, but I know I'm not aligned.

holy shit, i did the test at the beginning with a pillow. I was thinking to myself, no way is this actually going to click or whatever.
I did it and I got a LOUD doubleclick sound! whoaaaa. i've had back, knee and shoulder problems for years, been to multiple chiropractors, and I'm just starting to figure out it is probably caused by my pelvis.
Thanks!!!! I did the stretch, and my rigth side was tighter then the left. Feels good now>>>>
