The foundation of the spine rests on your hips. If your back is hurting, your pelvis (hips) might be out of alignment causing your spine to hurt. This video gives you two great exercises for aligning your pelvis quickly and effectively.

  • Thanks so much! I got a click! Pain is going away!

  • wow thank you,i was in pain on the right side but the tightness was in the left side.the stretch has left me pain free ,thank you

  • Fabulous. than you

  • Great information. I love the way she presented, very clear and illustrative.

  • I've had what feels like a knot in my lower spine for years. This exercise has made that know go away. i've been doing this 3 times a day and it has helped so much. After doing this my erector spinae on my right side is hurting all the time. I've been icing but its not going away. I think it is fighting the new alignment. How can I make this go away. Thank you so much.

  • I felt the click on my left side and was the side of my pelvis that was slightly higher but my right side has all of the tightness. Should I focus more on my right side?

  • This an excellent video.Thank you :)

  • this was really great, esp. the explanation of the creep phenomena!

    Thanks

  • I have horrible back pain all the time, and my therapist is constantly telling me that my pelvis is out of alignment. When I did this exercise, I didn't hear any clicking at all, but I know I'm not aligned.

  • holy shit, i did the test at the beginning with a pillow. I was thinking to myself, no way is this actually going to click or whatever.

I did it and I got a LOUD doubleclick sound! whoaaaa. i've had back, knee and shoulder problems for years, been to multiple chiropractors, and I'm just starting to figure out it is probably caused by my pelvis.
