Thanksgiving is coming up (11/27/08), and just recently passed in Canada (10/13/08). Both have common foods and in this video a few different recipes are prepared keeping in mind important food safety practices. Turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing are featured.

  • Dude are you anally retentive about germs or do you work for the infectious diseases dept! Overkill on the uptight germville! Just enjoy the thanksgiving

  • Next time just bring the garbage can over to the counter beforehand.

Kiwigal is right, you need to relax and enjoy a bit more. Just a tad overboard and besides, you expose yourself to viruses and contamination the minute you step into any public place. They can't be avoided. I'm not saying you should be careless but going to the opposite extreme is just as bad. The majority of us don't do all of what you did in this video and the majority of us will be just fine.
