@ledzeppelin4485 Jeff Tweedy is a pro song-writer, but writes for himself and his band, not for plastic fake people. He writes what he likes. Heck, he told Reprise to go fuck themselves when they wanted them to change their album many years ago, to suit the whims of the money men in charge. The "professional song writers" I'm referring to, just pump out formula crud for ASCAP royalties, not as a passionate artistic release.

@DarthKazi check yourself man. thats not why pop music's gone so far downhill. these guys are professional song writers too. their music just doesn't suck. and it's real. the song writers you are referring to would have no power if not for the willingness or eagerness of the public to lap up the dog shit and shun true music.
