This video was made using Kodak 8mm fil in February 1975. At that time I was assigned as a crew chief at the 26th organizational maintenance squadron at Zweibrucken AB West Germany. It shows barracks life for non-commissioned officers and airmen. In the second half of the video it shows the 1976 air show at Offutt Air Force Base Nebraska during the Fourth of July Bicentennial holiday. It shows the RAF attachment of Vulcan bombers opening their bomb bay doors. And then the United States Navy blue Angels. I was stationed there from 1975 through 1979. I worked in the 55th field maintenance squadron, working on the strategic air command airborne command post in their own as Looking Glass EC-135
