We call this the "Walking the Walk" workout, here at Peak Physique Fitness Center. www.PeakPhysiqueNY.com Many trainers Can Not, and will not, ever be able to do a portion of the things they are yelling at their clients to do harder. This was the Final conditioning workout, for a Pro MMA Fighters 8 week Training camp. This is the Trainer, "Walking the Walk".
This is round 1 of 6, 5 minute rounds, of MMA conditioning workout. Rounds 1-3 were 10 exercises for 30 sec. each, rounds 4-6 were 8 exercises, 30 seconds each, followed by 1 minute on the Heavy bag. This is not a workout for your average person. This was the warmup round.
we will be releasing one of the rounds every few days.
