I started medifast on Jan. 20, so I guess from that date to Feb. 20 I lost 20 lbs. and from Feb. to March the other 10 pounds. You can lose more on the product but I find that I don't metabolize fast. It all depends on your body. I did the plan correctly and that was just my result. You have to eat 5 of their meals and 1 meal of your own with the correct portion of lean meat and vegetable. You do have to be dedicated in order to stick with it.
