2) Americans do all the fighting (de Gualle syndrome)

3) If 1 and 2 fail automatically surrender to the nearest German and suck his dick

The war is north vs. south, its an ethnic conflict that goes way back. Talibs will never surrender, they are waiting us out. A counter-terror mission costs much less, and it works. When we leave, the Taliban will crush the ANA. Is it really worth it anymore? I hate that place, not 1 more life for this "country" [LMFAO] and the crook Karzai. We should have finished this long ago, but made a detour to Irak. WTF!!

@SShadow101 Thanks for enlightening me to the situation regarding the German "mindset" regarding military ops. I still feel they feel shamed, due to WWII, but its done, over. Yes, the US is NATO's strongest military, but cannot do it alone. A-stan will NEVER be 1 whole country, it will never work. The other day some ANA fuck gunned down a few French soldiers. The mission to crush AQ has been succesful, they have dispersed. I really think its time to come home. Counter terror? YES.

The problem is, most Germans would like to step up.

But in the legal context Germany CANNOT as a country man up a real military force or assert itself as a sovereign power internationally.

All Intelligence and military operations are run from Washington, and not to mention the whole german constitution was written to be pacific. Even the UN still considers Germany an enemy country in its legal text.

In these contexts Germany cannot be considered internationally seriously
