Danny Harriman is one of the world's best Straight Pool players. In this DVD Danny provides commentary to a world record (caught on tape) run of 280 Balls! He also gives pointers and instruction as to what he is thinking when he approaches the table to make a shot. This DVD is not only historical, but should definitely improve your straight pool game. This DVD is now available through Facebook.com/KCanthem, please DO NOT go to the myspace page that is referred to on the video.

  • @guitarwizard17 It's completely debatable but straight pool is a lot more roomie on a 9ft.

  • @guitarwizard17 OK guy. I play pool and I can tell you I have a lot easier time running racks in straight pool on a larger table than a smaller table where everything is so damn crowded. Ask any pro what they'd rather play on and you'll hear the same thing.

  • @ugotaction 1st, Willie's run was 526, not 523. 2nd, there's a lot of speculation that this guy did this and this guy did that. But fact is Willie's is on record. The rest is speculation. Also Willie did it on an 8 x 4 table which would actually make the run a little tougher since the balls don't spread as well. Either way those guys are great players too. But an official record is a record until it's officially beaten.

  • I'm another one who didn't receive the video. I'm working through paypal to dispute the charge currently.

What's up with this? If it's a great DVD, make $ off of it! Don't simply neglect your business.....

  • The "World Record" is the HIGHEST ON VIDEO. Eufemia's 600 along with a reported 700+ by Babe Cranfield are two of the many runs that eclipse Mosconi's 523. However since none of these runs were in tournaments or exhibitions they don't really count for most record keepers. I have heard that Cranfield ran 700+ more than once. And I have also heard the Eufemia run really happened too. just not considered a "record"

  • well im only working from memory, but my memory is that the world record is held by michael eufemia (sp) with a break of more than 600 (?623) in new york. How is 280 a world record?

  • I have recieved my FREE copy and i'm VERY satisfied with the video..Danny is VERY tallented and i already have improvement in my own game just from watching....THANKS DANNY!

  • I have talked to several people in the last few days that are in the same situation. Are you in the process of completing all of these orders? People are starting to get angry at Danny about this - and to my knowledge these orders were made thru you, not Danny. If you are having trouble completing the orders, get with me and I will help you complete the remaining orders. Danny's name is on the dvd - and people are wanting their money back - Danny's reputation is on the line here.

  • The order has been refunded and a free copy has been mailed, we're sorry for this issue.

  • I will try to get with Danny later today and find out what is going on. He has been at DCC the past few weeks - I will forward you information to him if you send it to me in a private message.
