How to get White Teeth

It does not matter if you have perfectly straight teeth or not! Everyone can have white teeth! I believe that before you consider whitening your teeth, you should be taking good care of them. That means brushing and flossing two times DAILY...not two times a month people! Below are the products I mentioned:

Crest Vivid White Tooth Paste
CVS Brand 5-minute whitening gel
Rite-Aid Whitening Wraps or Strips (The foam ones that aren't all flimsy like the Crest ones, I've seen very similar ones at Target)

There's a much simpler way. It's this:

1) Quit drinking coffee and use NoDoz instead. Have a hot cup of water with a nodoz tablet. Feels kindof like coffee.

2) Use scope before your brush your teeth, not after.

3) Rinse with hydrogen peroxide after you brush your teeth. It will stick to your teeth a little. Don't wash it off. It turns to water. Do this every time you brush your teeth. They will get white. No messy strips. Costs less than a dollar.

I had a "Zoom whitening" procedure done about 4-5 months ago, and it was more uncomfortable than I expected, but more importantly the results were fucking disappointing. I don't know how this guy had white teeth from the procedure, but my shit was barely noticeable. I think at most, the color progressed about one shade higher, but no more than that. Hundreds of dollars wasted.

heres a good tip what i do i brush then.....put a good amont of peroxide and hold it in you mouth for as long as you can my teeth are really white!
