I remember this vividly. I believe it gives kids the message about being your own person and not giving in to ignorance. Just being you; following your own pursuits and dreams. Way to go kermit!!

That corny music was on The Best of Kermit on Sesame Street on Sesame Street Home Video (from Random House Home Video).
