@HUM4ID thanks for compliment, but actually just result of strict dieting, training and consistency. Try it, you'd be surprised at results you could get!..

@RichardMoreno24 Nothing special, eggs and oats for breakfast, then either chicken/turkey/steak or fish with vegetables, then pre-workout whey with oats, immediatly post workout a whey shake with creatine, then postworkout meal chicken/turkey/fish with potatoes or rice, then chicken/turkey/steak or fish with vegetables and before bed either steak/lean mince with vegeatbles.. then same on high days just double carb amounts and also eat brown rice with 2nd and 5th meals..

@HUM4ID Only an idiot would think it takes steroids to get that body. He is not abnormally large, just extremely lean, which allows his moderately sized muscles to show very well.

@iliannds Thank you, basically have afew days were you reduce your carbohydrates and increase your protein and fats but still maintaining a negative calorie intake.. then pick a day and double or triple your amounts of carbohydrates, will shock your body and metabolism, will refill your glycogen stores and also give you a mental break. Everybody is different but I started with 3lower days and 1high day and repeat. Then when my body stopped responding I just had 4lower days and 1high day.

@guitardave88 , You have a great abs did you put in a lot of work to get them to toned and shaped up? Same amount of hard work on your lifting?
TheChocomango 3 months ago
@TheChocomango I trained abs 2 or 3 times per week. All I did was 3sets of hanging leg raises and 3sets of crunches.. all for 15-20reps.. I guess I have good genetics for abs but its the diet that will reveal them

i have to ask, im trying to do the same thing, drop to 8% or so, im about 12 or 13 now, how much cardio did u do? or did u do HIIT
dylan6480 3 months ago
@dylan6480 I didnt do hiit at all this time, I found it was draining me so much that it was interfering with my workouts. I think the longest session I done of cardio was 60minutes the whole diet and I only done it once, other than that I done 45 minutes on treadmill or crosstrainer in the morrning and 20-30minutes postworkout and 4 days a week.
