  • whats that thing at 2:10?

  • @HackSDK It is the top of a Lacie D2 hard drive (a rather old one before they changed the design to include a large light/button).

  • Do you have any Linux videos?

  • @tenchidbz I don't have any Linux videos, but following this comment I have made a note to make at least one in 2012! :-) Thanks for the idea.

  • Your all videos are excellent, You have very wast knowledge. Pl keep up the great videos coming through you and pl ignore these bad comments from frustrated people.May God bless you.

  • @919350829705 Thanks for your kind comments. Some people do appear to get rather irrate here! Unfortunately my vocal chords have been damaged in surgery and I currently cannot speak for at least a month. Fingers crossed things will heal and I will hopefully get back to making videos in a couple of months. In the meantime, I will upload a new video to my ExplainingTheFuture channel very soon -- recorded pre surgery! :-) But last for a while.

  • this guy looks like he just came out of the late 70s through a time traveling machine,

I like this guy, very informative and thurough videos :)

  • Thanks for the great videos. My mother has about 20 years of research of genealogy on a computer I built for her. Should this be encrypted? It has personal information such as family members birth dates/ death dates/ certificates of birth/ death/ marriage/ etc. I would assume it should be. It is backed up to a new external hard disk.

  • @explainingcomputers
