I know where you get that script from, and no this guy didn't make it. It's made by Samo. Sadly I can't post links here. But you can find it at the site Creation Asylum on it's forums. Go into
Game Making, RPG Maker XP, Scripts Archive, Menu/Title System (CMS)
Look for topic (It may be on page 2)
New Type of CMS V1.0 by Samo, the thief
Then there you go.
And really to the maker of this video.. Learn to give credit and link to your sources.
