  • Perhaps for the same reason you don't see rc turbine helis doint 3D stunts: most are awfully expensive AND one-of-a-kind DIY projects. Risking to crash 1000$ worth of heli is one thing, crashing something unique which can cost well beyond 10000$ is another thing.

  • Great sound...

  • dont know if i would risk hovering all the time...its the most dangerous part of heli flight, loss of power and no foward flight means little or no time and reserve power for an aoutorotation....i think ill stick to my trex450....i bit less expensive to repair :)...nice video

  • it sound like a real :)

  • Gotta get a scale head on that beast! Looks good.

  • U mean Turboshaft?

  • Nice bird though!

  • It is not a jet. It is a turbine. Jet has N1 and N2. Turbine has N1, N2,and N3. The N3 drives the output shaft.

  • Almost all modern helicopters are turbine powered. (turboshaft) Look it up and youll understand the mechanism. Its not too dissimilar from a piston set up. Same thing with modern battle tanks. Turboshaft engines.

  • how can a heli be jet?you mean it uses a turbine engine for forwarding thrust?

  • Is this a product of Vario?Nice!!
