I FINALLY uploaded a cooking video. It wasn't an easy feat to record AND cook *chuckle* Hope you enjoy and feel inspired to make some bread of your own (if you haven't done so already).

Ingredients; 1 1/2 cup milk, 2 (1/4 oz) envelopes active dry yeast, 5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup shortening, 3 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup honey, All-purpose flour, 1 large egg (lightly beaten) 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

PREHEAT oven to 200 degree. HEAT 1 1/2 cup milk (do not burn). Stir in yeast and let stand about 5 minutes. COMBINE 5 1/2 cups flour and salt in large bowl; stir in yeast mixture. Add shortening and next 3 ingredients. Mix on low speed with stand mixer (or hand mixer) about 2 minutes. Then mix on medium speed for about 5 minutes. SPRINKLE dough with additional flour (approx 1-2 cups) and continue mixing unto dough slightly pulls away from sides of mixer bowl. Knead dough until smooth on floured surface. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, turning to grease top. TURN OFF OVEN. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and let rise in oven 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Remove from oven and discard plastic wrap. PUNCH dough down and divide in half. Divide each half into 3 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 12 inch long rope; pinch 3 ropes together at 1 end to seal, and braid. Repeat with remaining dough portions. Place braids on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. COVER braids with plastic wrap; let rise in warm place, free from drafts, 25 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Brush evenly with beaten egg; sprinkle with sesame seeds. BAKE at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes and then depending on oven reduce heat to approx 300 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes (be sure bread is done by inserting a wooden toothpick into center).
