This is a beginner's CSS (formatting, not syntax) tutorial that I made to help some people out in a Web Design class. In this tutorial, I create a content section that has a background image that repeats to accommodate any length of content placed in it. The content will never overflow outside the image, and a static header and footer will always exist.

I used a picture from Flickr under the Creative Commons License and sectioned the image into three parts.
