Mate, you need to find another gym. The guy trains you as if you was a beginner, Go to Allstars boxing gym on the harrow road. They do serious training. Or Dale youth in ladbroke grove.

frankie i watch training of great fighters online i think u need better trainer ,you r not even ducking the pad.and proper body conditioning needed ,i go to boxing club and i train harder .
