If you listen closely, it's the same actress playing both parts. Her name is June Foray. She did voices, for Warner Bros. She uses the first voice when she plays an old witch in one the bugs bunny episodes, the second voice is her natural voice. She also was the voice of Rocket J Squirrel in Rocky and Bullwinkle. she has done voices for cartoons, cereal commercials,
and TV ads. Cool Ad, Just thought I'd add my two cents.
