Lakshmi_Chant for Prosperity

Lakshmi is the Goddess of prosperity, wealth, and all that is beautiful.

Friday is Lakshmi's Day!. Chant this chant as much as possible on Friday (and any day of the week too). Her color is PINK. She can create miracles of prosperity in your life!

While you chant, offer her candlelight, flower petals or flowers and incense! Place them in your right hand and circle them counter-clockwise in front of her image. If you do not have an image or a statue, use this one or use your imagination. Then lay them your offerings at Her feet and make a prayer deep within your heart. Talk to Lakshmi ~ she will hear you and respond.

On this video, the chant is chanted 27 times so if you want to do 54 times, play it twice and if you want to do it 108 times, play it 4 times.

Here are the words:

Om Shreem Lakshimya Namaha

You can also just chant her seed mantra, which is one word ~ SHREEM ~ 9, 27, 54 or 108 times. Or just chant it all day in your mind...the more you chant, the more you connect with the Goddess. Keep chanting ~ out loud and silently. Miracles will happen!

I have read that after one turns 29 years of age it is best to end the Laxmi chant and certain other chants with Swaha instead of Namaha. ?

Dear raji10008nevin, Is it okay to chant Ganesha mantra, to remove obstacles, om mani padme namaha to remove karma and Lakshmi mantra to recieve wealth all in one day? I do each mantra 108 times a day, I intend to do this for 40 days. Blessing were coming in all angles, then I became distracted during meditations do to someone needing my help everyday for 5 months straight months, this was really stressful for me and I lost focus. Please respond. Thank you!
