  • Hahahaha oh my have i laughed and needed it Thanks, good to know its not just myself that has mishaps LOL

  • Oh, I laughed too - I had forgotten how craftywhippet had nearly lost it in that video! I was in stitches behind the camera. Now in our most recent videos we film side by side, so hopefully one can help the other out of mishaps that WILL keep happening when the camera is rolling...

  • love your video, so down to earth and I could understand your accent no problems. I also bought the stickers from the cheap shops and wondered what to do with them, now I know, thanks for the inspiration.

  • Thanks for commenting so positively. We've a new video (parts 1 and 2) to make two easy cards from transfer stickers.

  • Ha-ha we loved your comment. We can do broad Glesca if you want...but our US friends might struggle! LOL

  • I think it would be nice to have some more colour both on the outside but also inside, just to perk it up a bit

  • Yes, the colour was kept simple. We know lots of people like more vivid colours and obviously you just adapt the ideas to your own taste. Ruth's motto is 'less is more' and that applies to her colour schemes...

A nice hanging insert would also add more colour.

    Thanks for your feedback.

  • They can't understand your accent!!! You're a very polite Scot - God help them if they came accross a Scot from Govan - YAE GET WOT A MEAN MARY DOLL??? From one Scot to another - your accent is just braw - and yer cards are braw tae! x

  • We will try to speak more slowly!

For the flowers it was a sheet of decoupage to be cut out by hand: so the layers were set at probably four or five.

The model lady was from a CD-rom called "The 3 -ages of card-making": decoupage, pyramage and silhoupage: find it to buy online by Googling "Decoupage 3D2 card builder"

  • I have a hard time understanding your accent but I love your cards!! Can you tell me howmany layers u used for the flowers?? Also how did you make that lady on the card loved her.
