Here's the complete start to finish slideshow of our San Antonio house flip called "The Neighbor's House." We called it this because previously we flipped the house right next door (see Hat Trick House on my channel www.youtube.com/tomtarrant). This is a historic Craftsman bungalow in Mahncke Park. We renovated the entire main house which started as a 2/1 adding an additional 700 square feet and master suite making it a 3/2. • OMG! I absolutely love your renovations! It just gets better with each video. I have always dreamed of purchasing an old historical home and renovating it, but I could never get passed the before part. You truly show vision in your work.

  • @cgbarn Thanks CGbarn!

  • I love the music/soundtrack you always do.

  • Agreed. Very impressive work. Loved the glass tile accents in both bathrooms, as well as the arches you carried throughout. Congrats on an awesome project!

  • Great work. Love the black & blue bathroom. Somehow it does not clash. Wall coatings I suppose. However, you must not get high winds or storms in San Antonio because as far as I'm concerned, leaving that tree up so close to the addition took a pair of serious balls. Not to mention big roots around the footers. Which are poured in sonor tube. Always remember, no mater what we build, nature will win in the end. We just prolong the end as builders as long as possible. Like to see it in 10-15 years.

  • YOU GUYS SOME CRAZY DUDES..LOVE IT!! I WISH I COULD DO THIS STUFF
