Fitness tips from http://www.foxfitness.com. Women forget the idea that you will bulk up from strength training. Strength training will only tone you up making you look better and feel better. Unless you are using steroids or training hours a day in the gym you're not going to end up looking like the Hulk or a bodybuilder. Rather you will look foxy, help prevent osteoporosis, and boost your metabolism so you will burn more calories and lose more weight. So quit making excuses...get in the gym and start lifting those weights.
