On the menu:
Roasted Fresh Fig & Chèvre Cheese Insalate with Warm toasted pignoli nuts, Endive & Radicchio& two dressings.
Aragosta Risotto- Fresh Maine Lobster tail sauteed with cognac & fume roe burre, served over three cheese risotto.
Filetto di Carne- Beef Fillet seared with truffles & demi glace, served with horseradish-mashed potatoes and green & white Asparagus.

  • Organised chaos Chef Ron but cream always comes to the top and you hit it off. My boss in the office has just reminded me that I work for Local Government, and I am not a critic for dinner party videos. Ohhh the day i win the lotto will be a painful experience for him!!!! He's 1st on the Andys nemesis list.

  • I always get stuck for dish ideas over the holiday period. I use cookingdinnerfortwo (.) com to liven up my range.

  • Epic save of the pan Ron! Love the "live" cooking and the magican, cool mix!

    The food looks AWEEESOME! I can almost smell it :D

  • I've gotta learn some of those magic tricks for the next time someone on my line asks where the chefs knife went.
